Ideas to get you laser-focused and maximise your study time

Do you feel your mind wandering when you are studying?

This is quite normal.  Our busy brains can be easily distracted by things going on around us.

To get the most from your study time, however, you need to focus on the task you are doing.  This gets your neurons, firing and your learning, happening.  “Neurons that fire together, wire together.”

This Focus Zone Ideas resource lists simple and creative things you can do to transition your brain into the ‘Focus Zone’.  Choose an idea and try it for a week or two.  Try the other ideas, one at a time, until you find a few that help you focus.

Luckily, focus is a skill that can be improved with practice!  Your brain (and your grades) will thank you for it.
